Advance confirmation required. Your transfer is reserved only after RJP confirms the vehicle, pickup details and payment arrangements.

Your group, your van

A private van selected for your group, bicycle cases and other luggage. Your confirmed quote specifies the vehicle and included amenities. No shared seats with other bookings.

Up to 2 bike boxes

A maximum of two packed bike travel cases per van. Tell us how many bike boxes and other bags you are bringing. No box measurements are needed.

Hotel to airport

Pickup at your agreed Cascais hotel or accessible address, with the departure time planned around your flight, loading time and local traffic restrictions.

Post-race transfers from Cascais to Lisbon Airport

IRONMAN Portugal-Cascais and IRONMAN 70.3 take place on 17 October 2026. Arrange your return journey after the race, allowing time to collect and pack your bicycle, leave your hotel and reach the airport for check-in.

Share your flight number and departure time when requesting the transfer. RJP will agree a pickup time with you. Event road closures can affect access to hotels and the race area, so the exact accessible meeting point must be confirmed in advance.

What the €100 price covers

One private van for the agreed one-way Cascais–Lisbon Airport journey, your professional driver, VAT, standard route tolls and the carriage of up to two bike boxes with the passenger and luggage arrangement confirmed by RJP.

Additional stops, route changes, extra waiting or special child-seat requirements must be agreed separately before confirmation. The €100 fare applies to this specific return service; other origins and destinations require a quote.

Frequently asked questions

Can you take my bicycle box?

Yes, up to two bike boxes per van. Bicycles should be packed in suitable travel cases. Just tell us the number of bike boxes; no measurements are needed.

Is €100 the price per person?

No. It is the final price per private van for the agreed one-way journey from Cascais to Lisbon Airport, including VAT and up to two bike boxes. Any separately agreed extras will be stated before confirmation.

Can I book for the day after the race?

Request your preferred date and time. Departures after the race and on subsequent days are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.

Can eight passengers travel with two bike boxes?

Tell us the number of passengers, bike boxes and other bags so we can arrange suitable transport. No box measurements are needed. The maximum of two bike boxes does not guarantee space for eight passengers. RJP confirms the suitable vehicle and passenger capacity before accepting the booking.

How do I pay?

RJP confirms availability, the final total, deposit and cancellation conditions before requesting payment. Please request this bike-box service directly; the standard airport transfer booking does not by itself confirm space for bicycles.

Are you an official IRONMAN transport partner?

RJP Tours & Transfers is an independent transport provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by IRONMAN.
