LISBON · 7 MARCH 2027 · PRIVATE MERCEDES TRANSFERS
Your running weekend starts with a smooth arrival.
Arrive in Lisbon for the EDP Lisbon Half Marathon with your airport transfer arranged. Plan travel for runners and companions, your Sport Expo visit and a confirmed pickup after the race.
All services on this page are operated in Mercedes vehicles. RJP confirms the suitable Mercedes vehicle and passenger and luggage capacity for your booking.
Important: access to the start is by Fertagus train
The organiser requires runners to use Fertagus trains and exit at Pragal to reach the starting area on the 25 de Abril Bridge. RJP does not offer vehicle drop-off at the bridge start. Follow the organiser’s latest instructions and recommended trains for your bib.
Participants travel free on Fertagus on presentation of their bib. Spectators cannot access the bridge starting area. Check the official conditions before paying for transport you may not need.
Airport arrivals and departures
A private journey between Lisbon Airport and your Lisbon accommodation. Enter your flight, address, passengers and luggage before payment.
Sport Expo planning
Kit collection is scheduled for 4–6 March, 10:00–20:00, at Lisbon Congress Centre. No bib collection is available on race day. Ask for a separate Expo transfer quote if needed.
After the finish
Agree an accessible meeting point outside road closures near the Belém finish area. Pickup depends on your finish time, walking time and road access; it is not guaranteed at the finish line itself.
A weekend for runners and companions
The EDP Lisbon Half Marathon is scheduled for Sunday 7 March 2027, starting at 09:30 and finishing near Mosteiro dos Jerónimos in Belém. Plan your arrival early enough for bib collection and check the final race instructions closer to travel.
RJP can quote a private Lisbon or Sintra visit on another day for your family or running group. Tours, race entry, accommodation and meals are separate from airport transport. Tell us about any mobility needs and preferred walking pace.

Airport transfer price
The standard Lisbon Airport → Lisbon route is €60 plus 6% VAT: €63.60 per vehicle before selected extras. The online form currently collects a 30% deposit (€19.08 on this base fare), with €44.52 remaining. Child seats, extra stops and other selected extras change the total displayed before payment.
Hotel–venue journeys, waiting, multiple journeys and transport for larger teams are quoted separately. An airport fare does not include a full day of transport. The online form shows the available vehicle categories; contact RJP first if your group needs a different vehicle arrangement.
Send your travel plan once
Include your dates, flights, hotel, number of runners and companions, luggage and the journeys you need. For post-race pickup, include your expected finishing time and a contact number. We agree the meeting location and waiting arrangements before confirmation.
Booking and payment
For a standard airport transfer, select the date, vehicle and passenger details in the booking form and review the complete price before paying. Online bookings currently use a 30% deposit. The remaining 70% can be paid to your driver on the service day in cash or by card, or by an advance payment link requested from RJP.
Cancel at least 14 days before the scheduled departure for a deposit refund. With less than 14 days’ notice, the deposit is non-refundable. Custom transport requires RJP’s written confirmation of availability, pickup, vehicle, price and payment terms.
Frequently asked questions

Can companions come with us?
Yes, on your booked private transfer, subject to vehicle capacity. Companions do not have access to the bridge starting area.
