Travelling to PEGS Europe 2026 in Lisbon
PEGS Europe 2026 takes place on 16–19 November 2026 at Lisbon Congress Centre, Praça das Indústrias, 1300-307 Lisbon. The organiser lists Pestana Palace, Vila Galé Ópera, Hyatt Regency Lisbon and Hotel Jerónimos 8 among the host hotels. We can also quote pickup at another Lisbon address; hotel bookings are separate.
Send your hotel address and required arrival time so RJP can agree an appropriate pickup. Transfers are arranged around your confirmed itinerary, traffic and venue access, rather than an assumed fixed travel time.
Airport transfer price
The standard Lisbon Airport → Lisbon route is €60 plus 6% VAT: €63.60 per vehicle before selected extras. The online form currently collects a 30% deposit (€19.08 on this base fare), with €44.52 remaining. Child seats, extra stops and other selected extras change the total displayed before payment.
Hotel–venue journeys, waiting, multiple journeys and transport for larger teams are quoted separately. An airport fare does not include a full day of transport. The online form shows the available vehicle categories; contact RJP first if your group needs a different vehicle arrangement.
Request a complete transport quote
Use the WhatsApp button to send your dates, flights, addresses, passenger count, luggage and each required journey. Include child-seat and accessibility needs. For a return or daily hotel shuttle, provide a pickup time for each direction.
Your quote will identify the journeys, vehicle arrangement and included costs. Conference admission, accommodation and meals are not included. Extra stops, waiting and changes must be agreed separately.
Booking and payment
For a standard airport transfer, select the date, vehicle and passenger details in the booking form and review the complete price before paying. Online bookings currently use a 30% deposit. The remaining 70% can be paid to your driver on the service day in cash or by card, or by an advance payment link requested from RJP.
Cancel at least 14 days before the scheduled departure for a deposit refund. With less than 14 days’ notice, the deposit is non-refundable. Custom transport requires RJP’s written confirmation of availability, pickup, vehicle, price and payment terms.
Questions before booking
Is the airport transfer shared?
No. It is a private journey for the passengers on your booking.
Does €63.60 cover airport, hotel and congress transport?
No. This is the base one-way Lisbon Airport–Lisbon fare before selected extras. Hotel–congress travel, return journeys and waiting require separate booking or a quote.
Can our whole team travel together?
Tell us your passenger count and luggage. Vehicle seating, equipment space and availability must be confirmed. Infants and children count as passengers.
Can we add a private tour?
Yes. Ask for a separate quote for a Lisbon or Sintra private tour before or after the congress.
