Passengers and pickup
For 1–8 passengers. The starting price is shown first; the final price updates in the booking form according to the selected service and passenger count. Enter every passenger’s age, the pickup address, luggage and any child-seat or mobility requirements.
Deposit and remaining balance
Pay a 30% deposit securely through SumUp to confirm the reservation. The remaining 70% can be paid on the service day to the driver, in cash or by card, or in advance using a payment link requested from RJP.
Cancel at least 14 days before the service to receive the deposit back. With less than 14 days’ notice, the deposit is non-refundable.

Cancele com pelo menos 14 dias de antecedência para receber o depósito de volta. Com menos de 14 dias, o depósito não é reembolsável.

Anzahlung und Restbetrag
Bestätigen Sie die Buchung mit einer sicheren Anzahlung von 30 % über SumUp. Die restlichen 70 % können am Tag der Leistung beim Fahrer bar oder mit Karte oder vorab über einen bei RJP angeforderten Zahlungslink bezahlt werden.
Bei einer Stornierung mindestens 14 Tage vor der Leistung wird die Anzahlung zurückerstattet. Bei weniger als 14 Tagen Vorlauf ist sie nicht erstattungsfähig.
