Airport transport to Sintra hotels and accommodation

For arrivals, provide your flight number, arrival date and time, destination address, passengers and luggage. For departure day, give the Sintra pickup address and preferred collection time. Sintra village, Colares and accommodation around the municipality can involve different distances and road access. Historic streets, hills and restricted roads affect the meeting point, so the exact address matters.

Your private journey

  • A vehicle reserved for your group; no shared shuttle.
  • Professional driver, air conditioning, bottled water and onboard Wi-Fi in our Mercedes vehicles.
  • Pickup and drop-off at the addresses agreed for your service, subject to vehicle access.

Passengers, luggage and child seats

Mercedes Vito: up to 8 passengers. Mercedes V-Class: up to 7 passengers. Driver excluded. Babies and children count as passengers. Ages, luggage details and child-seat selections are optional when booking. Boosters are free; selected child seats are charged separately.

Questions about your transfer

Is the Lisbon city airport fare valid for Sintra?

No. Sintra is a different destination. We quote your precise route before approval and payment.

Can you drive directly to Pena Palace or another attraction?

Access restrictions and authorised drop-off points apply around the monuments. Tell us your destination and luggage needs so we can confirm what is possible. Tickets and sightseeing visits are not included in a standard transfer.

What is the difference between a transfer and a Sintra tour?

A transfer is transport between agreed pickup and destination addresses. A private Sintra and Cascais tour includes a planned sightseeing day, with palace tickets and other extras selected separately.

Can I request the return journey too?

Yes. Include the return date, pickup time and address in the form. We quote each direction and confirm the complete arrangement before payment.

Payment, extras and cancellation

Prices shown include VAT and apply per vehicle, one way. Selected child seats, additional stops and waiting beyond the agreed allowance are separate. Your final quotation lists the included service and extras. Cancel at least 14 days before travel for a deposit refund; with less notice the deposit is non-refundable.
