Oeiras / Amadora / Carcavelos–Parede area

Covers every address within Oeiras and Amadora municipalities and the Carcavelos–Parede and São Domingos de Rana parish areas. This includes Algés, Carnaxide, Paço de Arcos, Parede and other neighbourhoods within these boundaries. The fare is based on your geographic location, not a list of town names.
€80 total · Full payment for travel within 14 days. For later dates: €24 now and €56 due 14 days before service.
Cascais & Estoril area

Between an address in the Cascais–Estoril parish area and the Web Summit venue. Choose the outbound or return direction and your required pickup time.
€110 total · Full payment for travel within 14 days. For later dates: €33 now and €77 due 14 days before service.
What the listed price covers
One private, direct journey in a Mercedes vehicle for your booked group, including VAT. The fare is per vehicle, not per person. All passengers, including babies and children, count towards the vehicle capacity.
The booking form shows any selected child-seat extras separately before payment; boosters are free. Additional stops, waiting at the venue, other origins and complex itineraries require a separate agreement. Tell us about unusual luggage or exhibition equipment before booking.
Reserve directly in three steps
- Select “Book to Web Summit” or “Book from Web Summit”. Enter your full pickup or destination address with its town or city; the form automatically calculates the correct €70, €80 or €110 area fare.
- Enter the date, Portugal pickup time, exact addresses, passenger details, luggage and contact information. For an airport journey, include your flight number.
- Review the total and the payment schedule, then continue to the secure SumUp payment. Travel in 14 days or less requires full payment at booking. For later dates, pay 30% now and the balance 14 days before the service. The reservation is fully confirmed after full payment.
For bookings made more than 14 days in advance, the remaining service balance must be paid through the payment link no later than 14 days before the service.
At checkout you may add an optional tip for your driver. Choose your own amount or leave the field blank to continue without a tip. A tip is collected in full with that payment and does not reduce the remaining service balance.
Return journeys and daily transport
Book each direction for the date and time you need. Two standard journeys total €140 for Lisbon, €160 for Oeiras / Amadora / Carcavelos–Parede area or €220 for Estoril and Cascais, including VAT, before selected extras.
For transport over several days, larger teams, multiple vehicles or other destinations, send the complete itinerary with dates, times, passenger count and equipment. Request a coordinated transport quote.
Pickup at MEO Arena and FIL
Web Summit takes place from 9 to 12 November 2026 at MEO Arena and FIL, Parque das Nações. Enter your exact venue entrance or meeting details. RJP agrees an accessible meeting point according to venue access and road restrictions.
For a return to the airport, include your flight and departure time and choose a pickup that allows for the journey and airport check-in. Vehicle access at the venue may differ from the entrance you use on foot.
Frequently asked questions
Is VAT added to the advertised fare?
No. €70, €80 and €110 already include VAT. Any selected child-seat extras are shown in the booking summary before payment.
Is the price per person or per Mercedes vehicle?
Per Mercedes vehicle for one direct journey in the verified area of your address, for the passengers in your booking. The form supports up to eight passengers; tell us about oversized luggage or equipment before reserving.
Can I book the return online?
Yes. Use “Book from Web Summit”, enter the return date and pickup time and book that journey separately.
What if my address is outside these zones?
Contact RJP with the exact origin and destination for a quote before paying. The form checks geographic boundaries before payment.
What are the cancellation conditions?
Cancel at least 14 days before the scheduled departure for a refund of your booking deposit. With less than 14 days’ notice, payments are non-refundable. Contact contact@rjptours.pt and quote your reservation number.
